Four Programs On Offer
CanSkate, Pre-power, Jr. StarSkate and Star Skate
All programs offered are taught by Skate Canada Certified Coaches.
CanSkate
This program is designed to help kids learn how to skate. Skaters learn how to skate forward, backward, stop, glide, and how to efficiently use their skate edges. The program is set up with several learning circuits that help with Balance, Control and Agility. They also get to work on their speed on the fast track. CanSkate is an introductory program that continues on to develop several essential skills needed to play hockey, ringette, figure skating or speed skating.

Pre-Power
This program is designed to build upon the skills the skaters have achieved through the CanSkate program for hockey or ringette skating.

Jr. Star
This program is for any skaters who wish to expand their skating skills with- in the figure skating discipline. CanSkate is a great introduction for skaters who wish to learn to figure skate.

Star Skate
This program is designed to train skaters in the art of figure skating. Skaters can skate as individuals or as pairs. They expand their knowledge and understanding of several skills, dances, jumps, spins and artistic performances. They will learn different foot work and synchronized skating. Skaters can skate for recreational learning or they can move forward and compete against other Saskatchewan skaters.
